Checks will be held for bank clearance (7-10 days) and any NSF checks or declined credit cards will incur a $35 fee.

Sales Tax
Whats That Smell is required to collect sales tax in the state of California.
Changes/Cancellations
Any changes to your order must be made within 24hrs of initial order. You may cancel your order up to 24hrs. After 24hrs there will be a 15% restock fee charged to your order. All cancellation must be made by email
or called in.
Returns/Damaged
Goods
We will not under any circumstances issue store credits or refunds on products that are not physically damaged. All
containers must be opened upon receipt. Damaged items or shortages must be reported to Whats That Smell either by email or
by telephone within 2 days of product receipt. Returns must be mailed within 5 days after initial contact with Whats That
Smell. All containers and interior packaging must be kept. Failure to do so may result in voiding of your claim. Product
must be returned for verification and customer is responsible for costs incurred during shipping including insurance. Replacement
products will be in the same scent and color as original order. Bath
and body products are not returnable due to sanitary reasons.
