We at Whats That Smell aim to please our customers. If for some reason your are not satisfied with your order, please let us know. We are sure there is a way we may be able to accommodate you.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept "PayPal" to whatsthatsmell, money orders and checks. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Shannan Johnson (WhatsThatSmell)" Checks will be held for bank clearance (7-10 days) and any NSF checks or declined credit cards will incur a $35 fee.

Sorry at this time we do not accept debit or credit card payments.

Privacy Policy

We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.

Sales Tax
Whats That Smell is required to collect sales tax in the state of California.
 

Changes/Cancellations

Any changes to your order must be made within 24hrs of initial order. You may cancel your order up to 24hrs.  After 24hrs there will be a 15% restock fee charged to your order. All cancellation must be made by email or called in.

 

Returns/Damaged Goods

We will not under any circumstances issue store credits or refunds on products that are not physically damaged. All containers must be opened upon receipt. Damaged items or shortages must be reported to Whats That Smell either by email or by telephone within 2 days of product receipt. Returns must be mailed within 5 days after initial contact with Whats That Smell. All containers and interior packaging must be kept. Failure to do so may result in voiding of your claim. Product must be returned for verification and customer is responsible for costs incurred during shipping including insurance. Replacement products will be in the same scent and color as original order.  Bath and body products are not returnable due to sanitary reasons.

 

Shipping

Shipping is to anywhere in the United States. Shipping starts at $5.00 than $.75 for each additional item. Orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping! All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on the prices. We do not charge handling fees.


Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after receipt and payment (excluding holidays and weekends). If we are unable to process your order in that time frame, you will be contacted with an expected ship date.


Sorry we do not accept orders outside of the US at this time.
